This is a New Stainless steel finish  3-9 X 40 scope, that was ordered by a customer fitted by me to a rimfire rifle and found to be unsuitable for the customers needs, I then removed it the same day. The scope cannot be sold as new as it now has slight ring marks on it. See picture below.

It should be noted that these marks are under the scope ring when fitted to a rifle
