Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
A discount of 10% will be given for consecutive bookings of more than one week.
Larger bookings for long term winter lets available by negotiation.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover date is Saturday, however other days will be considered. Any one interested in a long term let - please contact me direct for a quotation.

Booking notes
Booking is direct with the owner and payment of a 25% deposit to secure is requested.
The balance payment will become due 8 weeks before departure. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of departure the full cost of the holiday will be required.
Travel holiday insurance is essential to cover non-refundable payments in case of cancellation.

 

Accommodation

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with King size bed, air-conditioning, direct access to terrace/swimming pool.
Bedroom 2 with king size four poster bed, air-conditioning, direct access to terrace/swimming pool.
Bedroom 3 - 2 x single beds direct access to terrace/pool.

 

Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath, shower, bidet, wc.
Second bathroom with separate walk-in shower, bath and wc.

 

Kitchen: Electric double oven cooker with 6 ring gas hob. Large fridge/ freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and juicer.

 

Living Rooms: Spacious lounge/dining room, sofa, coffee tables, bookcase, wood burning fire. Flat Screen TV with freeview, stereo system with a selection of Cds and DVDs. Dining area with dining table and six chairs.

 

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:  Towels are provided for personal use and for the pool - the bed-linen and towels are changed weekly. Cleaning is weekly, but can be arranged more often if required at a small additional cost.

 Notes on accommodation
The raised terrace and swimming pool area is surrounded by a low ballistrade to make the best of the stunning views and therefore children should always be supervised. Covered car port with additionally parking available. This villa nestles into the side of the south facing Eastern Algarve and looks out towards Estoi. It is on the outskirts of the small village of Azinheiro where there is a cafe and shop selling most supplies and English is spoken. If peace and quiet and complete privacy are what you are looking for - look no further this villa has it all. The beautiful Algarvean beaches and famous golf courses such as Quinta do Lago, Vale de Lobo and Villamoura are but 25 mins drive away. Faro Airport is a 25 minute drive. Spain is 45 minutes drive, Seville is less than 2 hours drive or there are daily trains from Faro. To fully explore this beautiful region - a car is essential.

Accessibility
This villa has not been specially constructed or adapted for wheelchair use but it is all on one level and only has very easy steps out onto the terrace and pool area from the bedrooms and lounge. Doorways are of a standard size.

Outside
Outside, there are six sun-loungers, small drinks tables, umbrellas, a large teak table and chairs to seat six. A barbecue area is to the left of the patio. The salt water swimming pool is kidney shaped and is 10m x 5m with low steps leading in from the corner. It has a maximum depth of 5 feet and a minimum of 3 feet - it is completely private.

Coast/Beach
Glorious beaches are 25 mins drive from the villa. The Black Horse Beach in Almancil is well worth a visit and also Faro Beach - a two mile stretch of golden sand. The beach at Fuzeta, towards Tavira is especially beautiful and there is a ferry to take you across to the island where you can spend the day soaking up the sun - there are bars and cafes.

Golf
Quinta do Lago, Villamoura and Vale do Loba are all 25 mins drive from the villa.

Travel
Faro Airport is 20/25 minutes drive - a taxi to the villa will cost approx 25 euros but a car is highly recommended for your stay.

Distances
Azinheiro is 5 mins walk to the cafe and shop. Estoi is 6 mins drive away and has the famous palace of Estoi with the nearby beautiful Church, bars and cafes. Sao Bras is a 10 minutes drive and has many banks, restaurants, bars and pavement cafes. Daily fresh bread/fish/meat/fruit and vegetable market. The Water Park just outside Almancil is 25 mins drive, (also go-carting and horse-riding). Faro and it´s castle are 20 mins drive. Several shopping malls within 20 mins drive.

Further details
The new motorway network means you can explore the Algarve from East to West. The Spanish town of Ayomonte is only a 40 minute drive and well worth a visit. Seville is an easy 2 hour drive away - another cultural experience. So there is something for everyone here, whether you love water parks, play golf, horse-ride, interested in culture, nature, history or just want to chill out with a good book and a glass of chilled local wine - this villa and the Algarve has it all.
